Members of Multiple Teams

Teams in the same region:

  • If you're a member of Teams A and B, in current settings, that means you have 2 pairs of ID and PW. But after this update, you will have a single set of ID and PW for a single account and this account will be used for signing in to multiple teams.

Teams in different regions:

  • You will have different accounts for each region.

Existing Teams using SSO

Integration reconfiguration required:

  • We now support SAML and Open ID Connect.

  • Users with email & password sign-in need a password reset. Users with SSO don't need to do so.

  • Users need to sign in with a Team URL to view SSO options.

How to Reset Password

To reset passwords, you need to specify your Server Region(s) and Email Address(es) as applicable.

Here are the different ways to reset your password(s):

  • Web App - Using Team URL(ex. hardhat.au.cupix.works for Hardhat Inc in Australia)
    • When you access the CupixWorks Web App using your Team URL (such as 'hardhat.au.cupix.works') we know the server region, so you can skip entering it. The dropdown for selecting the server region will be grayed out.
  • Web App - NOT Using Team URL(ex. hardhat.au.cupix.works for Hardhat Inc in Australia)
    • When you access the CupixWorks Web App through 'app.cupix.com' we don't know their server region. You will need to enter it before proceeding.
  • Through TwinCapture or Connect
    • When you access the CupixWorks mobile or desktop apps, you must use your Team URL (such as 'hardhat.au.cupix.works').

  • Through Cupix Web Page (www.cupix.com)
    • When you access the CupixWorks Web App through 'app.cupix.com' we don't know their server region. You will need to enter it before proceeding.

Here are the new ways to sign in:

  • Without using a Team URL
    1. Enter Server Region + Email Address.
