Introduction

It is now possible to predefine the data to be displayed in SiteView and save pre-designed layouts as templates. Project Admins can customize SiteView to meet the diverse needs of different stakeholders.


Layout Options

Furthermore, the concepts of Grid Layout and Freeform Layout have been introduced:

  • Grid Layout - This enables the storage of multiple templates to fulfill various needs.
  • Freeform Layout - This allows viewers to be undocked and displayed on separate screens, enabling a more extensive view.


Design a SiteView

New SiteView

To design a new SiteView:

  1. In Project Admin Center, click on SiteViews at the top.
  2. Click on the New SiteView button.
  3. Give your SiteView a meaningful name, then click Save.
  4. Make any changes as needed. Once done, click on the Publish button at the top right corner.
  5. Return to the SiteViews page and refresh the browser tab (hit  ).
  6. Click on the new SiteView to highlight it.
  7. Click on the Open SiteView button.


Edit Existing SiteView

To edit an existing SiteView:

  1. In Project Admin Center, click on SiteViews at the top.
  2. Click on the SiteView you want to edit.
  3. Make any changes as needed. Once done, click on the Publish button at the top right corner.
  4. Return to the SiteViews page and refresh the browser tab (hit  ).
  5. Click on the new SiteView to highlight it.
  6. Click on the Open SiteView button.
