Introduction
Project Admins can export Annotation Form data via CSV or XLSX file formats with the Reports function. Each report is based on an existing Form Template and the annotation data contained in a SiteView (notes, Procore RFI's, OmniNotes, etc.).
Create a Report
How to create a Report:
- Click on Project Setup at the top of Project Admin Center.
- Click on Reports on the left side menu.
- Click on the New Report button.
- Give the report a name and select a Form Template list.
- Click on Done.
View and Export a Report
How to view and export a report:
- Click on Project Setup at the top of Project Admin Center.
- Click on Reports on the left side menu.
- Click on the row with the name of the report.
- Click on the Open button on the right side.
- Once the report loads, you can make changes to the list view, export, and/or save it. Here is a video showing a few options:
Update a Report with a CSV File
How to update a report using a CSV file altered outside of CupixWorks:
- Click on Project Setup at the top of Project Admin Center.
- Click on Reports on the left side menu.
- Click on the Update via CSV button.
- Find and select the CSV file on your computer, then click Open.
- Once the update is complete, click on the Go to Annotation Report button to open it.
Rename/Delete a Report
How to rename or delete an existing report:
- Click on Project Setup at the top of Project Admin Center.
- Click on Reports on the left side menu.
- Click on the row with the name of the report.
- Click on the three dots on the right side or else right-click the row.
- Choices:
- Open the report.
- Rename the report.
- Delete the report.
