Archiving Projects with a Team License

Archived Projects

Moving a Project from 'Active' to 'Archived' status frees up space for new Projects.

Important details:

  • Only Team License users can archive Projects.
  • Archived Projects have read-only access. You cannot edit or create new captures once the Project is archived.
  • Archived Projects do not use any of the Space Quota.
  • The archivable Project size is unlimited.
  • Projects must be active for at least 12 months before archiving is an option.
  • You can view archived SiteViews, but not add or edit captures, make annotations, export data, or perform similar actions.


How to Archive a Project

Here's how to archive a Project:

  1. Click on the Account Settings gear icon  in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on License  on the left menu at the bottom.
  4. Find the Project you want to archive from the list. Select it and the Archive Project button will appear on the right side. Click on it.
  5. Click on the blue Archive button to complete the process. 


Contact your CSM with any questions about archiving Projects.
