Revizto Integration

Introduction

Revizto integration provides new opportunities for coordination between BIM and real-world site conditions. Here are some of the features:

  • Bring Issues created in Revizto and locate them within SiteView.
  • Internal Refresh button to synchronize and retrieve the most recent issues generated through the Revizto app.
  • Real-time comment synchronization between Revizto and CupixWorks.
  • Attach screenshots of the current pano viewer and its corresponding deep link in SiteView.


Integration

To enable access to Revizto in SiteView:

  1. Open your project in Project Admin Center (Project Admins only).
  2. Click on Project Setup.
  3. Click on Integrations.
  4. Move your mouse cursor inside the Revizto menu box, then click on Edit.
  5. Click on the toggle to enable the feature (turn it from grey to blue), then click Done.


Connect to Revizto in SiteView

To connect to a Revizto Project in SiteView:

  1. Click on the Revizto icon  on the left menu bar within SiteView.
  2. Enter your Revizto login (email & password) or SSO details, then click Sign in.
  3. Click on Copy to clipboard.
  4. Paste the access code in the other window in the Access code* field, then click Next.
  5. Choose the License ID, then click Next.
  6. Choose the Revizto project, then click Next.
  7. Choose a coordinate system when exporting from Revizto/Navisworks, then click Next. Choices:
    • Origin to Origin or PBP to PBP - You can also transform coordinates to the Shared Coordinate System.
    • Shared Coordinates - No further details are required.
  8. Click Apply to connect to your Revizto Project.


Feature List

Here are the features available when using Revizto in SiteView:

  •  Update to newest data - Click to synchronize and view the latest issues, comments, and attachments from Revizto
  •  Filter - Apply the same sorting structure as Revizto to filter your issues.
  •  Create a Revizto Issue - Create issues in SiteView with specific information needed to make better decisions.
  •  Batch attach panos - Bulk attach 360° panos to selected issues. This includes the option to add the corresponding SiteView deep link.
  •  Comments - Add comments & pano viewer screenshots, and attach 360 images and/or corresponding deep links of the SiteView.
  •  Detail info - Issue Details from the Revizto app.


View, Update, & Create Issues in SiteView

Here is an example walkthrough for viewing, updating, and creating issues for Revizto in SiteView.

(Note: To access any of the following options, click the Revizto icon  in the left-hand menu to load the feature if not visible already.)


Synchronize the Data

Click on Update to newest data .


Filter Issues

  1. Click on Filter .
  2. Filter by type, ID, etc. 
  3. Click on the filter sorting button  for more options like ascending/descending, any/none, etc.


Add Comments

  1. Click on Comments .
  2. Choose from the following:
    • Type in a comment. (1)
    • Attach a file from your computer. (2)
    • Take a screen capture of the pano viewer. (3)
    • Attach the current 360° pano image. (4)
    • Add a link to the SiteView. (5)
  3. Hit the arrow to submit the comment. (6)

Attach a Batch of Panos

Here is how to attach a batch of panos to Revizto Issues in SiteView:

  1. Click on Batch Attach Panos .
  2. Choose to include the SiteView link for each pano or not. 
  3. Click on the Attach Panos in _ Issues button. (The number will vary based on how you filtered beforehand.)

Create an Issue

Here is how to create a Revizto Issue in SiteView:

  1. In SiteView, click the Revizto icon  in the left-hand menu to load the feature (if not visible already).
  2. Click on the plus sign  to create a new Revizto Issue.
  3. Fill in the popup form with details like the Stamp, Issue Title, Comment, Deadline, etc. 
  4. Click the Confirm button to create the issue.

View Panos in Revizto

Here is how to view a pano inside the Revizto app:

  1. Open Issue Tracker in Revizto App.
  2. Click the attached Pano in the Comments.
  3. Click on the  icon located in the top menu bar.
