Revizto Integration

Introduction

SiteView supports integration with Revizto, enabling seamless coordination between BIM data and as-built site conditions. Key integration features include:

  • Viewing and managing Revizto Issues directly in SiteView
  • Attaching 360° pano images and corresponding SiteView deep links to Revizto Issues
  • Real-time comment synchronization between Revizto and CupixWorks


Enable the Integration

Integration must be enabled by a Project Admins in order to connect your Revizto project to SiteView.

To enable Revizto integration:

  1. Open the project in the Project Admin Center (Project Admins only).
  2. Navigate to Project Setup and select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
  3. Hover over the Revizto integration panel and click Edit.
  4. Toggle the switch to enable the feature (the toggle turns blue), then click Done.


Connect to a Revizto Project in SiteView

To link a Revizto project within SiteView:

  1. Click theRevizto icon on the left menu bar.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter your Revizto email/password or SSO credentials and click Sign in.
  3. Click Copy to clipboard to copy the Access Code.
  4. Go to the Connect to Revizto Project window in SiteView, paste the Access Code into the Access code field, and click Next.
  5. Select your License ID, then click Next.
  6. Choose the appropriate Revizto Project, then click Next.
  7. When prompted, select a coordinate system for alignment:
    • Origin to Origin / PBP to PBP – You’ll be asked to input transformation offset values in the next step.
    • Shared Coordinates – No additional data is needed.
  8. Enter any required transformation values, or leave the fields blank if not applicable. Click Apply to complete the connection.


Manage Revizto Issues in SiteView

SiteView offers bidirectional issue management with Revizto, allowing you to:

  • View and create issues directly within SiteView
  • Add comments, pano images, and deep links to each issue


Revizto Options Overview

Click the Revizto icon in the left menu to access the following features:

  • Update to Newest Data: Synchronize with Revizto to retrieve the latest issues, comments, and attachments.
    Note: Changes made in SiteView are synced to Revizto in real time.

  • Filter: Use filters consistent with Revizto's system:

    • Filter by issue type, ID, or other properties.
    • Click thefilter sorting icon to refine results using options such as ascending/descending or any/none.
  • Create a Revizto Issue: Generate issues within SiteView using structured input fields for better decision-making.

  • Batch Attach Panos: Attach multiple pano images to selected issues, with an option to include SiteView deep links.

  • Comments: Add comments, pano view screenshots, 360° pano images, and SiteView deep links for additional context. You can also view synced comment threads from Revizto.

  • Detail Info: View detailed issue data from Revizto.


Create an Issue

  1. Click theComment icon to create a new Revizto issue.

  2. (Optional) The issue location is automatically set to the current view. To change it, click Reposition and select a new location.
  3. Click Use This to confirm the issue location.

4. Fill in the issue form with details like Stamp, Title, Comment, and Deadline, then click Confirm.

5. (Optional) Add a markup using Markup Tools to highlight the issue location.

6. Click Save to finish creating the issue. It will now appear in Revizto with the attached 360° pano image.


Add Comments

  1. Select the issue, then click theComments icon to add comments.

  2. Choose from the available options:

    • Enter a comment and submit using the Arrow button or Enter key

    • Attach a local file

    • Take a screenshot of the pano viewer

    • Attach the current 360° pano image

    • Add a SiteView deep link


Batch Attach Panos

While issues created in SiteView automatically include 360° pano images, those imported from the Revizto app do not. To batch-attach panos to Revizto issues, follow these steps:

  1. Applyfilters to select the issues you want to attach panos to.

  2. Click theBatch Attach Panos icon.

  3. Choose whether to include the SiteView deep link.
    Note: The SiteView link opens the exact view where the issue was created.

  4. Click Attach Panos to (number) Issues. (The number will reflect your current filtered selection.)


View Panos in Revizto

To view a pano attached in SiteView from the Revizto app:

  1. Open Issue Tracker in the Revizto app.
  2. Click the attached pano image in the Comments section.
  3. Click the 360° icon in the top menu bar.
