Archiving Projects with a Team License

Archived Projects
Moving a Project from 'Active' to 'Archived' status frees up space for new Projects.
Important details:
- Only Team License users can archive Projects.
- Archived Projects have read-only access. You cannot edit or create new captures once the Project is archived.
- Archived Projects do not use any of the Space Quota.
- The archivable Project size is unlimited.
- Projects must be active for at least 12 months before archiving is an option.
- You can view archived SiteViews, but not add or edit captures, make annotations, export data, or perform similar actions.
How to Archive a Project
Here's how to archive a Project:
- Click on the Account Settings gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on License on the left menu at the bottom.
- Find the Project you want to archive from the list. Select it and the Archive Project button will appear on the right side. Click on it.
- Click on the blue Archive button to complete the process.
