Introduction
TwinCapture is a mobile application used for capturing site conditions with a 360° camera and uploading them to CupixWorks. The end-to-end workflow spans from project selection and site capture with a 360° camera to data upload, ensuring that field conditions are accurately recorded and synchronized with project workflows.

Upload Captures
There are two ways to upload captures.

Mobile Upload (Default)
- Open the Upload page in the app to begin the mobile upload. This can be done either immediately after a capture or from the main page by tapping Upload.
-
If the camera is disconnected, reconnect it.
Note: If the capture was taken with one camera, the app will reconnect it automatically. If multiple cameras are available, select the one you want to use from the list.
-
The app transfers files from the camera to your phone.
Note: Ensure your phone has enough free space (capture file size + 500 MB). Files are removed from the phone after successful upload.
- After transfer, the app uploads the files to CupixWorks.
- When upload finishes, you’ll see Upload Done. Tap Back to Main to return.
Note:
- To cancel the upload, tap the X button in the top-right corner.
- If multiple cameras were used, TwinCapture uploads each in turn. Tap Try Again to complete remaining uploads.
- If you see Upload Incomplete (some captures failed) or Upload Failed (none uploaded), retry the upload. If the problem continues, contact support.
Web Upload via CupixConnect
When Upload Setting is set to CupixConnect, the app uploads metadata only from the mobile device.
