Introduction
Annotations in SiteView let you attach detailed, location-specific information to 360° captures. With customizable forms, you can document and track project data directly in the as-built environment—streamlining issue management and team communication.
Each annotation can include form fields, comments, links, markups, and file attachments, all tied to a precise point in the virtual site. This makes project information easier to access, share, and act on in spatial context.
Note:
- SiteView Observers can view annotations but cannot create or modify them. All other roles have full access.
- The annotation feature is not available to users with public access.
