Introduction
The Download SiteView Content feature in CupixConnect allows you to download all images and capture data for an individual SiteView. You can then open and navigate the downloaded data offline using the SiteView Offline Viewer. This article explains how to download SiteView content and view it offline.
Access Requirements
- The feature must be enabled by your CSM.
- Only users with Team Admin permissions or higher can access the feature.
- SiteView content cannot be downloaded once the license has expired. Contact your CSM if assistance is needed.
How to Download
- Open CupixConnect and select Download SiteView Content.
- Select Cupix Desktop Offline Viewer.

- Enter the SiteView URL or ID.
Note:
- URL example:

8abcd- You can also find the SiteView ID in Project Admin Center > SiteViews.
- Select a Level, Capture Date, Image Format to download a specific range.
- Review the download information, then click Download to begin.
Note: Ensure your computer has in enough storage. CupixConnect caches files temporarily during download.
Included Files
When downloading SiteView Content, the following files are included:

{siteview_id}.cpxsv– Core file for use in the Offline Viewer - Floorplan images (PDFs are auto-converted to JPG)
- Pano images
- Pano mask images (if blur is applied)
- Team logo image
Note: BIM files, point cloud files, and dynamic elements (e.g., annotations) are not included.
SiteView Offline Viewer Notes
- The file folder structure must remain intact. Only the top-level folder name can be changed.

.cpxsvfiles larger than ~800 MB may impact performance depending on your system’s RAM and storage capacity.
