- The following Insta360 models are NOT supported: X3, X4 Air, and One RS (non-1-Inch editions).
- Mobile GPS tagging is supported through all supported Insta360 devices via VistaCapture app.
- * The Ricoh Theta Z1 is supported for 360° panorama capture processing only. Cupix processes its panoramas but does not generate a 3D dollhouse model from Theta Z1 captures. For this reason the Theta Z1 has no star rating (n/a) and is not recommended for projects that require a 3D walkthrough.
Insta360 X5
The latest flagship from Insta360, the X5 features a 1/1.28" sensor for excellent HDR and video quality. It supports up to 185 minutes of 5.7K recording and fully recharges in about 90 minutes. The X5 is the top recommended camera for extended high-quality capture.
Insta360 X4
The X4 supports up to 135 minutes of 5.7K video recording on a single charge. It is compatible with microSD cards up to 1TB and takes approximately 90 minutes to fully recharge.
Insta360 ONE X2
The ONE X2 supports video recording up to 60 minutes and storage up to 512GB via microSD. The battery recharge time is approximately 1.5 hours.
Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch
This model features large lenses and dual 1-inch sensors. It supports up to 60 minutes of video recording, with microSD storage up to 512GB. The battery fully recharges in approximately 1.5 hours.
Ricoh Theta X
The Theta X includes built-in GPS functionality. It supports up to 60 minutes of video recording, microSD storage up to 512GB, and requires approximately 3 hours to recharge.
Ricoh Theta Z1
The Theta Z1 uses dual 1-inch sensors for high-quality 360° still images. It supports up to 60 minutes of video recording and recharges in approximately 3 hours. It does not have built-in GPS; location data is added through mobile GPS tagging. Cupix processes 360° panoramas from the Theta Z1 but does not generate a 3D dollhouse model, so the Theta Z1 is not recommended for projects that require a 3D walkthrough.
