Introduction
This article explains how Team Admins and above can track learner progress in Cupix Campus. Admins can view course completion status by learner and team to monitor onboarding and training progress.
Team Admin Access
- Only users with Team Admin (or higher) permission in CupixWorks can access learning progress reports in Cupix Campus.
- Admin permissions are synced automatically from CupixWorks to Cupix Campus when the account is activated. If you have not activated your account yet, refer to the How to Use Cupix Campus article.
Important: Do not manually create or modify user accounts in Cupix Campus. User accounts and permissions are managed automatically through CupixWorks.
How to View Learning Progress

Sign in to Cupix Campus and open your Profile from the top-right corner.

Select Administrator Portal.

Go to the Reports tab and select Learner or Department (Team in CupixWorks) to view progress by user or team.

You can view the training progress indicator, which shows the ratio of completed courses to total enrollments. Only enrolled courses and activated users are included.
Note:
- If you need automatic course enrollment for your team, contact your CSM for assistance.
- If a user belongs to multiple teams, the account is associated with the first team used during activation.
