| Processing | BIM101, BIM102, BIM103, BIM104, BIM105, BIM106, BIM107 | Connection Timeout with ACC | The Autodesk Cloud Connect server isn't responding or is running slowly. Please wait a moment and try importing your file again. |
| Processing | BIM201, BIM202, BIM203, BIM204, BIM205, BIM206, BIM207, BIM208, BIM401, BIM402 | Invalid File | Unable to process your file upload. This usually happens when files are in an unsupported format or get corrupted during upload. Please verify your files are Cupix-compatible and try again. |
| Processing | BIM301, BIM302, BIM303, BIM304, BIM305, BIM306, BIM505, BIM506, BIM507, BIM508, BIM509, BIM515, BIM516, BIM517 | BIM Metadata Missing | This typically occurs when the ACC server was slow during BIM publishing, preventing the process from completing properly. Cupix requires metadata to manage versions correctly. Please re-publish your BIM to ACC, then retry this BIM Import in Cupix. |
