Enable Geocoordinates for Captures, Levels, and BIM

Once you have enabled geocoordinates for a project, you can then georeference specific locations with individual files as well:
- Capture - geolocate an area.
- Level - geolocate reference points on a map or reference plan.
- BIM - use a BIM survey point to align different construction trades when using shared coordinates.
To add georeferences, use the relevant editor:
Capture Editor
Use the Capture Editor to geolocate areas with panos, point clouds, or mesh files:
- Go to your project in CupixWorks Project Center.
- Click on
Captures.
- Double-click on the Capture Date.
- Double-click on the specific Area.
- If not already on, click on the Info about the selected item icon

- Toggle Use Geolocation on.
Level Editor
Use the Level Editor to geolocate reference points on a map, drone image, or reference plan:
- Go to your project in CupixWorks Project Center.
- Click on
Levels.
- Double-click on the Level.
- If more than one, choose the Reference Plan.
- If not already on, click on the Info about the selected item icon

- Click on Objects.
- Click on the Add Ref. Point icon
.
- Choose between placing a reference point anywhere on the plan view or at the origin.
- Once the reference point has been placed, toggle Use Geolocation on.
BIM Editor
A georeferenced BIM model has a single survey point. You can use the BIM Editor to align by shared coordinates:
- Go to your project in CupixWorks Project Center.
- Click on
BIM.
- Double-click on the BIM file.
- If not already on, click on the Info about the selected item icon

- The Origin tab provides the Survey Point data, as well as options for shared coordinate alignment.
