Project Center Layouts

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Project Center is made up of two main types of page layouts and related pages:

  • Map View- All team members have access.
    • Account Settings - All team members have access, but certain options are disabled for non-admin Users. (The layout for Account Settings will be explained below the List View layouts.) 
  • List View- Only Admin team members have access.
    • Project Dashboard - Manage all project data here. 
    • Account Settings - All Admin team members have access, but certain options are disabled based on group settings.


Map View

The Map View page shows all your Workspaces and Projects in the world. Read on to learn more about the layout.



Top Menu

  • Team logo
  • CUPIXWORKS  will reset the Map View home page with a click.
  • Search CupixWorks lets you search for terms within Project Center. To search: 
    1. Type in your term and hit Enter
    2. The results will appear in a pop-up box. You can filter by Workspace, Project, SiteView or Capture.
    3. Click on the row that contains the result you need.
    4. If you cannot find the desired results, click the at the top right to close the pop-up box. 
  • List View  will switch the page to the List View layout. Note: this icon only appears if you are a part of an administrator group.
  • Open the Help Center  takes you to the CupixWorks Support Center for SiteView documentation and technical support.
  •  Settings  opens the Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
  • Cupix account profile is where you can sign in or out of your account or switch Teams as needed. You can also view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


Left Side Menu

  • Workspace List  lets you choose a Workspace and view a list of all Projects contained in it below.
  • Sorted by: filters the list of Projects based on one of the following parameters:
    • Last captured: Newest on top
    • Last captured: Oldest on top
    • Project name: A to Z
    • Project name: Z to A
  • Project List options include:
    • Click in the block (turns light blue) to:
      • View Project details in a pop-up box.
      • Edit information (admins only).
      • Open the SiteView (click on  ).
      • Open the Project in List View (admins only).
      • Share the Project with other team members (admins only).
  • See Deactivated Projects  opens a pop-up box with a list of deactivated projects. Projects that can be re-activated on the License page (admins only). 


Map

The map shows all your Project locations around the world. Options include:

  • Click on a location pin  to choose a Project.
  • Zoom in/ out by scrolling the middle mouse wheel forward/ backward.
  • Choose between the satellite view  or street map view  .


List View

The List View is the home page for all of your team's data. It is the starting point for managing the following:

  • Workspaces
    • Projects
  • Account Settings



Project Dashboard

Admins spend most of their time in Projects, so we will explain this layout instead of the Workspaces one.

To navigate to a Project from the Workspaces home page:

  1. Double-click on a Workspace.
  2. Double-click on a Project.

You are now viewing the Project Dashboard.


Top Menu

  • Left Side Visibility  can be changed with a click.
  • CUPIXWORKS will take you to the Project Dashboard page with a click.
  • Search CupixWorks lets you search for terms within Project Center. To search:
    1. Type in your term and hit Enter.
    2. The results will appear in the Search Results page. Here you can filter by:
      1. Workspaces
      2. Projects
      3. SiteViews
      4. Reports
      5. Captures
      6. BIMs
      7. Areas
      8. Reality Captures 
    3. Click on the row that contains the result you need.
    4. If you cannot find the desired results, click the at the top right of the search box to return to the Project Dashboard page. 
  • Open the Help Center takes you to the CupixWorks Support Center for SiteView documentation and technical support.
  •  Settings opens the Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
  • Cupix account profile is where you can sign in or out of your account or switch Teams as needed. You can also view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • You also have the ability to open in a new tab when you hold ctrl/command + left click on a top navigation link. Example of what it looks like: 


Left Side Menu

  • Dashboard - Quick view of details and events related to your Project.
  • SiteViews - Create and manage SiteView details.
  • Reports - Create and download reports for annotation-related data.
  • Captures - Create, edit, and manage capture data.
  • SiteInsights - (OPTIONAL) Track a project's progress and assets over time.
  • Template
    • Levels - Create and manage levels of a building or other structure.
    • Reference Plans - Upload, edit, and manage reference plans grouped by level.
    • Annotation Groups - Create, edit, import, export, and manage annotation groups. 
    • BIM - Upload, import, and manage BIM models.
    • Integrations - Connect your CupixWorks Project to BIM 360, Procore, and/ or PlanGrid.
  • Trash - Permanently delete or restore data for your Project.

View frequently accessed SiteViews and Captures here.


Capture Overview

A table showing all accessible Captures.


Map

View, enable, disable and edit Georeferencing information here.


Activity

See the latest events for your Project.


Info about selected item

Click on the Info icon  to view, edit and share the project.

Info

  • Under the Project Details, click on the Edit button to change the project name, number, address, and measurement units for length & area.

  • Under the Project Geocoordinates, click on the Edit button to make changes to the geo-coordinates for the project.


Sharing

  • Click on the Share button to invite people to your project.


Account Settings

Change settings that affect your personal and team accounts here. You must have the proper permissions to view and make certain changes to the settings.


Personal

Make changes to your Personal account:

  • Profile - Change your first name, last name, and password.
  • Your Groups - View a list of user groups you belong to.
  • Preferences - Change the default unit of measure for your Projects.
  • Your personal API token - Keep this hidden, keep it safe!


Team Profile

Make changes to your team account:

  • Team Profile - Change the team logo and name.
  • Two-step Verification - Enable or disable email verification.
  • Little Planet Nadir Patching - Adjust the angle of the Nadir patch used in panos. 
  • Self-Service Sign-up - Enable or disable self-service sign-up and change the team email domain.
  • Preferences - Change the units for SiteView measurement length and project area.


Members

Add, remove, activate, deactivate, and manage the members of your team.


Groups

Add, remove, edit, and manage groups for your team. (Note that System-Defined Groups are unchangeable.)


Form Templates

Add, remove, edit, import, export, and manage Form Templates for all your Projects.


SiteInsights

Add, remove, edit, and manage your Categories and Status Templates. (OPTIONAL)


License

View and manage your License options:

  • License - List of the Type, Renewal Date, and Contract Size.
  • Size Usage - View and manage usage details as well as request a License change. Also, you can deactivate and re-activate Projects here.
  • Add-ons - View a list of your purchased Add-ons as well as send a request to purchase ones you don't already own.
