FAQ: Capture App Update Process
When updating to the latest version of the Capture App, you may receive several notifications to update to a new version. No worries! This is just a synchronization issue between the Apple's servers, the App Store, and the Capture App.
To confirm you have the latest version of the Capture App:
- Open the Capture App.
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- View the current App version under APP SETTINGS.
- If the version shown here matches what the App Store shows, you are all set. If not, tap on the update cloud in the App Store to install the latest version.
