FAQ: Capture App Update Process

When updating to the latest version of the Capture App, you may receive several notifications to update to a new version. No worries! This is just a synchronization issue between the Apple's servers, the App Store, and the Capture App.

To confirm you have the latest version of the Capture App:

  1. Open the Capture App.
  2. Tap on the Settings  icon.
  3. View the current App version under APP SETTINGS.
  4. If the version shown here matches what the App Store shows, you are all set. If not, tap on the update cloud in the App Store to install the latest version.
