No Plans Exist

Question: I went to do a capture, but no Reference Plans exist, so what should I do?

Answer: No plans have been uploaded to the Project. The capture will remain on hold until Reference Plans have been set up. Please read Upload and Configure a Reference Plan to learn how to upload one.


Plans are Low Quality

Question: What needs to be done when the Reference Plans are low quality?

Answer: Plans that are submitted for a Project must be scalable. Low quality, hand drawn plans may not work. Please read Upload and Configure a Reference Plan to learn how to configure one properly.


Plans are Unusable

Question: What should I do when the Reference Plans are unusable?

Answer: Please upload and set up new Reference Plans. Please read Upload and Configure a Reference Plan to learn how to upload a new one.


Scale, Origin, and/or Rotation are Incorrect

Question: If the Reference Plan's scale, origin, and/or rotation are not properly set, how do I remedy the issue?

Answer: The Reference Plan wasn't configured properly. Please read Upload and Configure a Reference Plan to learn how to configure it properly.
