Sharing a SiteView from the Project Center

After a SiteView has been created, you can share the SiteView by obtaining a link, and you can grant public access to it from the SiteViews menu in the Project Center. You can also open the SiteView and share it from within SiteView.

Sharing the SiteView

Obtain Shareable Link

To obtain a shareable link to the SiteView:

1. From the CupixWorks web app, navigate to the workspace and project that holds the SiteView you are interested in.
2. In the Project Center, from the left menu click SiteViews > right click the SiteView name > Get Shareable Link.
   The link is now copied to your clipboard and can be shared with others.
   Note: If public access is not granted, the receiver of the link will need to log into CupixWorks to view the SiteView.

Grant Public Access

To set the SiteView so that it can be accessed by anyone even if they do not have a CupixWorks account:

1. From the CupixWorks web app, navigate to the workspace and project that holds the SiteView you are interested in.
2. In the Project Center, from the left menu click SiteViews > right click the SiteView name > check the Public Access box.

The SiteView is now set to public access. Anyone with a link to the SiteView can view it without a CupixWorks account.
