Resend or Remove Team Invite

Admins can send email invitations to add people to a team. If the person has not signed up, the admin can resend or remove the team invitation.

Resend Invitation

Resending the invitation will send another team invite email to the person you'd like to add as a member.

To resend the team invitation:

1. Go to your Cupix account settings and click Members on the left menu.
2. From the list of members on your team, right click on the name of the invited person and select Resend Invitation to send a new team invite email to the listed address.

Remove Invitation

Removing an invited person will invalidate the link in their team invitation email.

To remove the team invitation:

1. Go to your Cupix account settings and click Members on the left menu.
2. From the list of members on your team, right click on the name of the invited person and select Delete to prevent the person from joining the team with their invite email.
