Setting Up and Creating a SiteView

Administrators can set up a SiteView by choosing which data will be published:
- Captures
- Levels
- Reference plans
- Annotation Groups
- BIM files
Once complete, you can create a SiteView.
Publish Captures
There are several ways to publish captures:
- Publish all using right click in the Capture Table.
- Publish individual Areas for each Level in the Capture.
Publish All from Capture Table
- Click on Captures
in the left side menu.
- Find the capture you want to publish and click on its name.
- Right click on the capture name, then choose Publish -> Publish All.
Publish Individual Areas per Level
- Click on Captures
in the left side menu.
- Find the capture you want to publish and click on its name.
- Right click and choose Open.
- Select the Level that contains the Area you want to publish.
- Right click on the Area and choose the Publish checkbox.
- The toggle under the Publish column should now be blue.
Publish Levels
To choose which Levels will be available for SiteViews:
- Click on Levels
in the left side menu.
- Double click on any Level that is listed. This action will open the Level Editor.
- In the information settings, you can toggle Publish on/off as needed.
- Click on the Save
button to confirm your choice.
Publish Reference Plans
To choose which Reference Plans will be available for SiteViews:
- Click on Reference Plans
in the left side menu.
- Choose the Level that contains the Reference Plans to be published.
- Click on the Info icon

- Toggle Publish on.
- You should now see Publish changed from grey to blue in the file name and info sections.
Publish Annotation Groups
- Click on Annotation Groups
in the left side menu.
- Click on the Annotation Group you want to publish.
- Click on the Info icon

- Toggle Publish on.
- You should now see Publish changed from grey to blue in the file name and info sections.
Publish BIM Files
- Click on BIM icon
in the left side menu.
- Click on the BIM file you want to publish.
- Click on the Info icon
.
- Toggle Publish on.
- You should now see Publish changed from grey to blue in the file name and info sections.
Create the SiteView
After publishing the captures, reference plans, and BIM files, you are ready to create a SiteView. To do so, you will need to select the capture dates and levels you would like to share. Any associated reference plans and BIMs that are published will automatically be viewable in the SiteView.
To create a SiteView:
- Click on SiteViews
icon in the left side menu.
- Click on New SiteView
button.
- Type in the Name of your new SiteView, then click on Next button.
- Select a capture date range or click to toggle on Any Date, then click on Next button.
- Select either individual Levels or toggle on Any Level, then click on Next button.
- Confirm that your SiteView has been set up correctly and then click Save button.
Your new SiteView will now be listed and accessible from SiteViews in the Project Center.
