Sign up for CupixWorks

Email to join a Team Received

Cupix will automatically send you an email titled ‘Join the Cupix Team’ when an admin adds you to their Cupix team.

  1. Click the Join Now link.
  2. Fill out your first and last name and create a password.
  3. Click Create Account and Join Team to finish signing up for CupixWorks.
  4. You will be automatically sent to the home screen of your Cupix team.


Self-sign up

You can self-sign up if:

  • Your company or organization has created a team in CupixWorks.
  • Your company or organization has enabled self-sign up.
  • You have an email address ending in the specified team email domain.
  • You know which region of the world your team is in.

If you meet the criteria for self-sign up:

  1. Find your team URL.
    Tip: If you do not know your team URL:
    • Go to https://app.cupix.works/ and click Find your team URL.
    • Enter your <@teamdomain.com> email address and click Confirm.
    • You will receive an email listing all teams that you are a member of and their corresponding team URLs.
  2. Send yourself a team invite.
    1. Go to your team URL sign-in page.
    2. Click Create an account.
    3. You will receive an email titled ‘Confirm your email address to join <team name>’.
  3. Create your Cupix account
    1. In the email, click the Confirm Email link.
    2. Fill out your first and last name and create a password.
    3. Click Create Account and Join Team to finish signing up for Cupix.
    4. You will be automatically sent to the home screen of your Cupix team.


Email Invitation

When someone shares a SiteView with you, you will receive an email titled: ‘<Sender Name> (via CupixWorks)’. Opening the email will show the:

  • Email address of the user who sent you the invite.
  • Your permission level when accessing the SiteView.
  • The link to the SiteView.

Click Open in CupixWorks to sign in and view the SiteView.
If you do not have an account but do have an email address ending in the domain listed at the bottom of the page, you can self-sign up using the instructions outlined above in ‘I’d like to self-sign up’.


Sign up Issues

If you need access to CupixWorks or SiteView but do not meet the requirements to self sign-up, request to have an admin directly add your email address to their team.


Sign in to CupixWorks

To sign into CupixWorks, you will need to know your:

  • Team URL
  • CupixWorks account email
  • Password used to log into that team

To sign in:

  1. Go to https://app.cupix.works/ and enter the team URL in the field and click Continue.
  2. You will be directed to your team’s sign-in page.
  3. Verify that you are signing into <team>.cupix.works.
  4. Confirm the correct region for your team.
  5. Enter your email address and password, and click Sign in.
Note: You can use https://<team>.cupix.works/ to directly access your team’s sign-in page.


Note: If you are on multiple teams, you may have created different passwords used to log in to each team.


Tip: If you are unable to sign in:
  • Check if you are using the correct email account and password to sign in to the team.
  • Ask the team admin if your access permissions have been changed recently.
  • Contact Cupix Support.

Set up Personal Preferences

After signing into CupixWorks, you can set up your personal preferences by clicking Settings  in the upper right corner of the window. A new window tab will open that will show your personal preferences in the following categories.


Profile

  • Profile Picture - The profile picture will be displayed in the upper right corner of the Cupixworks page, and the settings of the Capture App.
  • First Name - Your first name, which will be displayed when you create or update projects, annotations, etc.
  • Last Name - Your last name, which will be displayed when you create or update projects, annotations, etc.
  • Password - Must be at least eight characters in length.
Note: Your login email cannot be changed.


Your Groups

Lists all groups you are a member of.

Clicking on a group name will list all other members and their current status in that group.


Preferences

  • Unit of Measure - Measurements can be shown in imperial (ft, in, ft’ in”) or metric (m, cm, mm) formats.
  • Language - Cupix currently supports English, Korean, and Japanese.
  • Newsletter Option - You can choose whether or not you wish to receive emails from Cupix about updates and offers.


Admins Only - Create a Team

After signing into CupixWorks Studio, set up your team profile by referring to Create a Team.


Access your SiteViews

To view existing SiteViews:

  1. Log into your CupixWorks team.
  2. Double click the workspace, then the name of the project with the SiteViews you want to view.
  3. On the left menu in Project Center, click SiteViews to see a list of all available SiteViews associated with the current project.
  4. Double click the name of the SiteView to access it. The SiteView will be displayed in a new tab.
  1. Open the SiteView you want to share.
  2. Click Share > Get Shareable Deep-Link in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Copy Link and send it to your collaborators.

When users who have access to this SiteView click on the link, they will see the current photo view and UI.
Users who have not joined your Cupix team can sign up and access the SiteView on their own using a team domain email if self-service sign-up is enabled.


Pick up some Hardware

To create new captures by using the Capture app to take 360° photos and 360° videos, you will need:
