Submit Captures from the Computer

There are three options to submit captures:

  • Submit capture data and 360° imagery together through the Capture App.
  • Submit capture data through the Capture App first and upload 360° imagery from the computer.
  • Submit only 360° imagery from the computer.

We recommend submitting captures from the computer if you are unable to obtain good wifi connection to your iOS device at the jobsite.

Tip: When uploading photos to CupixWorks, keep the browser open and upload tab displayed.
The browser will slow or stop the upload if you navigate to a different tab or minimize the browser window.
For more information on preventing your upload from slowing or stopping, refer to FAQ: 360° Photos are not Uploading/Uploading Very Slowly.

Note: CupixWorks supports .JPEG image files with a 2:1 ratio (equirectangular) resolution.
CupixWorks also accepts dual fisheye images from the MadV and Insta360 (.insp) cameras.
